"It Was Like Trying to Book a Unicorn"
I tried to book twice, and both times there was absolutely nothing available. Not a single slot. It felt like I was chasing some mythical appointment that may or may not even exist.

"The website and app are honestly frustrating"
I wanted to like using the site and app, but the whole experience just feels slow and awkward. The app is clunky, pages take too long to load, and even simple things like finding deals or checking out end up being a hassle. After a while, it gives off the impression that the platform just hasn’t been properly maintained. I’ve given up more than once because it wasn’t worth the frustration. It really needs some serious improvements.

"Order showed up without any issues"
The merchant shipped it out quickly, and the order came through fine. The packaging was a little rough, but I was in a rush when I opened it, so maybe I noticed it more than I normally would.

"Refund Turned Into Store Credits"
I asked for my money back and, to their credit, they did respond quickly, they just gave me credits instead of an actual refund. Super convenient for them, I guess, but not very helpful if you don’t want to keep spending there. It felt like a way to keep me stuck using their service

"Feels like they’re just ignoring me"
I’ve messaged them twice about my order and still haven’t heard anything back. At this point it feels like they’re avoiding the issue on purpose, which is frustrating. I don’t mind waiting if someone just keeps me updated, but the silence makes the whole thing feel really sketchy

"Used to be better, but this deal felt misleading"
I remember offers here being a lot clearer before, so this was disappointing. The deal looked good at first, but once I got to checkout the terms didn’t really match what I thought was being advertised. When I contacted support, they basically just pointed me back to the small print. Maybe it was technically in there, but it still felt misleading.

"Deals were okay, but not better than other sites"
I’ve used Hyperli a few times because I was hoping to score some really good deals, but most of the discounts felt average. A few offers looked great at first, but once I read the fine print, they didn’t seem as worth it anymore. Compared to other deal sites I’ve tried, I didn’t really feel like Hyperli saved me much more money. It’s not a bad site, but I think the deals could be clearer and a bit more competitive
